The Immaculate Conception High School Alumnae Association, New York Chapter, was founded in 1985. The Mission and objectives of the Association are:

To foster the interests of the Immaculate Conception High School.
To bring those educated at ICHS in close and constant contact with each other and our Alma Mater.
To assist, whenever possible, individuals, charitable and educational institutions.
